- What can I Return? Will I get a refund?
You may return any new (unopened), or any used NoiseAware hardware for a full refund, if within 60 days of purchase date .
- Does NoiseAware offer replacements and/or exchanges?
If a sensor is defective/not properly working and/or disconnecting, we can process a replacement of the defective sensor at no additional cost to the customer. A return label will be provided by one of our Customer Advocates once reported.
*NOTE: If a sensor is not properly working or connecting we can assist with troubleshooting before deeming sensor defective. Please see Troubleshooting Tips & Tricks for more details on how to troubleshoot your sensor!
