Wednesday July 8, NoiseAware will be releasing a new authentication system and a new online store (two releases in tandem, double-backflip, stick the landing). Both services include a new visual style, so don't be surprised when you click over to our dashboard and the login page looks different!
Heads up, you will need to confirm your password the first time you log in with the new system. We always appreciate feedback from our customers, so please let us know what you think.
New Authentication System: Also known as the login screen, our new authentication system is a standalone application that manages access to our web Dashboard and our mobile application. This is the software that protects your passwords, lets you log into our product, and makes sure that you see your data and no one else's. We worked on this project to stay ahead of security best-practices and to simplify access to our API for technical customers and industry partners who want to build their own advanced functionality, business automations, or product integrations. More exciting API announcements will be coming soon.
New Online Store: We want to make becoming a NoiseAware customer as simple and straightforward as possible, so our store got a nice facelift. The new store will look different and now fits onto a single page.
If you've been a customer for a while or you have special pricing with NoiseAware, please continue to reorder with your Account Manager using our online reorder form.
