You can now update you payment method directly from your online NoiseAware portal!
- Log into your NoiseAware account at dashboard.noiseaware.io
- Select "Billing" from the bottom of the menu on the left side of the screen
- Click "Replace Billing Method"
- Enter the information for your desired method of payment
- If you have multiple payment agreements with different terms and renewal dates, please contact support by phone or the email address associated with your account and we can help consolidate your subscriptions. We do not yet have this available in our online billing portal.
- Any past due invoices will be paid within the next few business days. Past due invoices are sent via email as well as by request. If you need any further details around your invoices, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
