The Reservations tab was released Dec 18, 2019 to help customers better view and manage reservations and sources of reservation data at all of their properties in the NoiseAware Dashboard. To find the new Reservations page, click the Reservations link (or the Calendar icon) from the left-navigation menu.
From the Reservations page, you can see a detailed filter menu to easily find any reservations saved in NoiseAware, and view the detailed list below with any filters applied. To view more detailed information about a past or upcoming reservation, click on its corresponding row in the Reservations list.
After clicking on a reservation you can see all the details of that reservation, including the property, guest's information, and reservation dates and status. In addition this page will show NRS data at the property and any SMS messages sent to or received from the guest. From this page you can also send new SMS messages to the guest, from NoiseAware's standard from number.
