No longer managing the property? Previous homeowner left NoiseAware equipment on the property? Account holders can transfer their existing NoiseAware account to a new person at anytime. The Account holder must be the Administrator on the account and is the only user that can authorize this change.
Things to know:
- When the account transfer is complete the previous account owner will no longer have access to the NoiseAware Dashboard via app or web browser.
- Account billing must be in good standing
- New account owner must setup billing by adding their credit/debit card information
